We are looking for participants to take part in a study looking at the effects of Losartan, a drug used to treat hypertension, on depression and emotion related processing. To do so, we want to compare the effects of a single dose of Losartan to that of a placebo on computer tasks that measure emotion, learning and cognition. The study involves 2 visits of 4 hours total at Warneford hospital.

We are inviting healthy volunteers, aged 18-50, who are: fluent in English, have no history of medical/psychiatric/severe cognitive problems, are not currently taking (or in the past 6 weeks any medications) and are non-or light smokers.

You will be reimbursed for your time and travel.
